October Monthly Medal 

After some extremely good weather throughout the week, Saturday was no different bringing sunshine and no wind, which as you'd expect brought some very good scoring. Well done to Paul Baker winning Division One on countback with a score of 80 (nett 68) with Steven Paterson and Jim Gay also with nett 68s. John Hill produced a wonderful 81(nett 65) to win Division Two by two shots over Iain Blyth. 

Well done to all Monthly Medal winners this year, remember if you have won a Monthly Medal this season you have a chance to enter and maybe even win the Medals Finals next weekend the 17th October. Although this medal can only be won by a previous monthly medal winner, it is open to all members to take part as the last counting round of the season. 


Senior Match Report 

With the seniors season newly concluded we must congratulate all the players who participated in this year's matches. With a final tally of played 19 and winning 17, this has been an outstanding season for the senior teams. Congratulations to Ted Spence who has been in overall charge this season as Senior Convenor and we would hope to see him playing and captaining many of the matches himself next season as his recovery from illness continues.
