Pro's Day
This Saturday sees the return of my very popular, yet challenging, golf day! With great support as always there are only two slots left for a team of three and I do have, at the time of typing, a single space early in the morning.
There will as always be some challenging positions picked by yours truly, I'll thank you all in advance for the compliments!
Again, my thanks to all who have taken the time to enter and I hope you all have a most enjoyable round trying to win some of the great prizes available - pictured here.
See you all for check in on Saturday, I may be a little fragile as Fraser is now away until Monday so please be gentle!!!
Battle of Britain Charity Scarf
I have in store a commemorative scarf made in aid of The Battle of Britain. More info is available when you're next passing but a great opportunity and cause to raise a little money for the simple sum of £2 where all monies raised will be returned to the fund and the opportunity to win this stunning merino scarf.
Course
As always our course continues to go from strength to strength and only last week after some damp weather our greens were running 10.4 - quite fast and challenging with the recent weather conditions and a credit to the team! Adding to the continual request for pace on the surfaces, did you know that there is now a stat available to prove that faster greens generates slow play?! One to remember the next time you request speed then discuss the pace of play! Controversial!
Shop News
Fraser left on Monday night to play in his most recent event at Carden Park. He's back on Monday so I'll update you at that time on how it went, as always I'm sure like myself you'll wish him well.
