Welcome to this week's newsletter keeping you up-to-date with everything Lundie.
Enjoy the read! |
No news this week I’m afraid!
The rainfall during the night of Friday put an end to Saturday's event, we did eventually open at 1pm for the few that waited, suffice to say it was a “WASH OOT!”
As Saturday was the “Medal Finals” match have re-scheduled the event for this coming Saturday 26th October, as this will be a new event everyone has been asked to re-enter. By the time you read this the draw will have been made so be sure to give us a call should you have missed out in case we have some late entry slots.
Moving on one further week, just a gentle reminder that Saturday 2nd November will be the start of “The Winter Eclectic,” as previous years be sure to book your tee times, the online booking system opens at 7.30am one week out.

Winter programme
The winter programme is now in full swing, this week has seen Willie and the team core with 8mm tines, no top dressing scheduled for the short term. Full details on the works can be viewed in the member's section of the club website by clicking here.
I must admit as I drove around the corner on Monday morning I was a little concerned, however, as always the boys have done a sterling job and the surfaces are still putting great!

Scottish Golf Tourism Week
Sunday sees me host a FAM Trip (Familiarisation) for some oversees guest before The Captain, Alistair and myself head to The Fairmont on Tuesday for three days to meet with other golf clubs and tour operators to spread the love of everything Lundie. I’ll update you on how the week went week after next, hopefully we’ll be fortunate to be nominated for some of the awards scheduled for Thursday evenings Gala Dinner.

Luckily for you, the deliveries keep on arriving in the pro shop and one of the latest boxes contained these second-generation quilted garments from ProQuip. |
Available in both a jacket and gilet, these windproofs will provide incredible warmth and are more than stylish enough to be worn away from the course too. |
